When will I be able to order online?
Once we have verified your information you would have sent us (name, address, email address, state sales tax certificate) we will send you an email confirming your membership. Once you receive the email from us you will be able to log in to the secured area and order online.

I forgot my user ID or password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten either your user ID or password for access into our online secured area please click Reset Member Login Password.
 

When ordering online do you take credit cards as payment?
Our online order system uses PayPal secured payment system to accept payment for your online order using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account (see cards below). Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card with this service.
         
 

Where are the product prices?
If you are looking at our products, and are not logged into our secured area with your user ID, you will not see prices on the products. Since we are a wholesale distributor only we do not set the retail prices. Our members do that for themselves. Once you log into the secured area you will see the wholesale prices on the products.
 

Where is your showroom/warehouse located at?
We have detailed maps and directions ready for you. Just click on maps. On that page is a link to Google Maps to get your driving directions to our location.
 

Why are all of your products you offer not online?
There are a few reasons for this. For one, we have thousands of products we offer our members from ABC Distributors, Inc. We are adding products on line all of the time, but this does take time. When you go to our Products page you will see a distinction between all of our products we offer, and those that are online. Some products are brought in as a "one time sale" in our showroom and will not be available online. Other times may be too difficult to ship and are available from our showroom only. What happens if I order something that is out-of-stock?
Normally, this would not happen, as we try to make sure our products shown to be available for online purchases are in stock. If this would happen, you will be given a credit in full on the item(s) in question on the credit card you used for the purchase, and you will be sent an email confirming the credit amount and the item(s) not shipped. If we know of a possible date the item(s) will arrive to us we will include this in our email to you. You will then at some point, if you wish, order the item(s) again.
 

What about shipping charges?
Once you have created your order online with the shopping cart and paid for the order, we will fill the order, box it for shipment, and calculate shipping using UPS shipping services. By waiting until the order is filled, boxed, and ready to ship you receive the most accurate and fair shipping charge instead of guess work during the order process. Once we have the shipping cost we will email you a shipping invoice for your order which will have a PayPal payment link attached to it.
